Lee! thank you for the "permission" to jump on the RipRow for even just a single minute, or 5. So. many times these last few months I've looked over and thought, "I really need to put some time in, but I don't want to spend 30-45 minutes on it." I've always looked at the RipRow as a ride replacement and so it should be as long and intense as a ride. I just jumped on for 4 whole minutes after doing some pushups and kungfu circles. So good. Time to get this practise habitual again.

Pushups, RipRow and KFCs are a nice little movement practice.
