Did you notice any difference in suspension feel / effectiveness without the pedal kickback? I'm curious to see if it is a real thing or just something talked up on the internet. I'd find out myself but I doubt I'm a good enough rider to notice, plus I mainly ride hardtails anyway!

I mostly notice that the bike is silent except for the whup whup of the tires.
If it's bumpy I'm pumping rather than pedaling. I can't say the Demo feels better without a chain. I'll soon remove the cassette; I might feel the reduced unsprung weight.
My Mistress/Dialed bikes have simple single pivots. They also feel fine with or without chains.
